Invite your care circle to Heba

We know that it can take a team to support the care of a loved one. That’s why at Heba it has been at the core of our work to create a collaborative platform for you, your family, your friends and the professionals involved in care.

And now, using Heba, you can collaborate & work together with your team, so you’re all on the same page.

Using our “Invite your care circle” feature, you can invite other individuals and organisations to the Heba platform to either view or contribute to the care profile.

You will be prompted to do this on creation of a Heba account, but you can also invite your care team at any time from within the Heba app using the following steps:

1. Select the ‘Profile’ tab, followed by ‘Care Circle’

2. To add a new member of the care circle, select the green + circle in the bottom right

3. Enter that individuals contact details, then select ‘add new carer’

4. You will then be prompted to invite them to the Heba platform, with a choice of allowing them to ‘view’ or ‘contribute’ to the care profile

5. They will then receive an email inviting them to join the care circle, and get set up on Heba!
