We’re thrilled to introduce Hibi Assistant , our new AI-powered support tool for families. Available 24/7, Hibi Assistant provides personalised guidance on navigating care systems, finding tailored resources, and managing daily challenges.

Hibi Assistant has secure access to the information you store in your profile and journal, and uses this data to personalise its answers. You can access your new care assistant through the central H button on the navigation bar or via the Discover tab .
